Before you sign up

Do I need the website plan first? +
No. Marketing works with the site you have, whoever built it. If you are on the Analytics plan there is no setup fee, because the tracking we need is already in place. Otherwise setup is $99, one time.
Who writes the posts? +
We do, and you approve them. Social posts are made from your own photos, never stock. We ask you for a quick photo drop each month and write the captions in your voice. Articles and emails get a look from you before they go out.
Do you mark up ad spend? +
No. Ad spend is billed by Google or Meta directly to your card, and you own the ad account. Our fee is the flat monthly price. It does not change with how much you spend.
Can I cancel? +
Yes. Every plan is month to month. Cancel anytime, and your Google Business Profile, social accounts, ad account, and everything we made stay yours.
How do I see what was done? +
Every deliverable shows up in your portal with a date on it. Your monthly report uses the same three numbers as the Analytics report: Visitors, Calls and form fills, and Found on Google.
What do you not do? +
We do not promise rankings, a number of leads, or a return on ad spend. Nobody can honestly promise those. We do not buy reviews or write fake ones, and we do not post stock photos as if they were your work. What we promise is the work, dated, every month.
